"I’ve had an excellent experience working with Patricia and Sarah on a new homeowner’s and auto bundle quote. Buying a new house is obviously very stressful, so great customer service is always appreciated. Last week, Patricia went above and beyond when she stayed on the phone with me well after business hours to ensure she was able to timely provide a homeowners quote and submit a binder to the lender. She also took the time to thoroughly explain the different life insurance policies State Farm offers and how they could impact me in the future. Patricia is a former teacher and it shows! She is patient, kind, and sincerely wants to make sure her customers understand what they’re being told. Insurance is complicated but Patricia made it a lot easier thanks to her amazing customer service! Then Sarah followed up with me on the auto quote and was able to make sure I did not overspend relative to my current auto insurance rates. Overall, I give Patricia and Sarah an A+!"
